A little artwork for your home... this sweet little cushion is made from a luxurious cotton velvet by Zoffany (UK). The design of this velvet is large scale, featuring lots of different animals and to make the most of this precious fabric each cushion needs to be a different size and shows different animals from deer to moles and squirrels!

Based on a 15th Century forest design reminiscent of historic tapestries found all over Britain, this piece features two horned sheep face off from either side of a tree; the tree's leaves are disproportionately scaled, giving it a mythical feel.

I love the small touches of orange in the flowers... hence selecting the rust coloured velvet for the back.

Measures 40cm x 40cm plus fringe.
