Shipping policy
DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES
In most cases your order will be prepared and dispatched within 7 business days but please allow up to 20 business days, as sometimes the cushions will be made to order.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Once you receive notification that your order has been dispatched, please allow the following target delivery timeframes:
Christchurch customers: A pickup option is available to select at checkout, or your tracked parcel will arrive via courier with a target delivery of by the end of the next business day or the day after.
New Zealand customers: your tracked parcel will travel via courier with a target delivery timeframe of 2-3 business days following dispatch. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural addresses.
Australian customers: your tracked parcel will travel with New Zealand Post, with a target delivery timeframe of 2-12 business days following dispatch. Once in Australia, delivery will rountinely only be attempted once, if you are not home when delivery is attempted a card will be left and you will need to collect your parcel from the local depot.
SHIPPING COSTS
We are currently shipping cushions and piping to New Zealand and Australia. Wallpaper can only be shipped within NZ. We have carefully calculated shipping costs to reflect what our actual shipping rates are.
New Zealand customers:
Rural addresses: There is a rural delivery surcharge added.
Stewart Island: There is the rural delivery surcharge added to the Rest of South Island rates.
Waiheke Island: There is a surcharge added to the Auckland rates.
Chatham Islands + Great Barrier Island: Sorry we are not able to deliver to these locations.
For large orders of more than 10 filled cushions, please email us for a shipping quote.
ABOUT OUR PACKAGING
We are proud to ship our cushions entirely plastic free. Our cartons are made from sustainable forests, our packaging paper is made from recycled paper, and even our paper tape is plastic free. Cushion orders are wrapped in paper and dispatched in a sturdy box.
MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the situation where an item is damaged during shipping or you believe it to be missing, please notify us immediately by emailing us so we can work on a solution.
